Eau de Lune's wine 'Wolryubong' won the 'Best of 2025' in the Korean wine category at the 2025 Korea Wine & Spirits Awards.
The Korea Wine & Spirits Awards is South Korea's representative liquor evaluation event, now in its 12th year. ChosunBiz has hosted the event annually since 2014 with the goal of 'discovering quality domestic alcohol and promoting it widely, while supporting the formation of a healthy liquor culture.'
This year, 236 companies submitted a total of 1,008 brands. It is the largest evaluation event for comprehensive liquor in South Korea, with 431 brands receiving the grand award.
Wolryubong also received the grand award at the 2024 Korea Wine & Spirits Awards, making it an award-winning product more than twice. Eau de Lune aims to convey a heavenly taste, which is reflected in its meaning of 'drop of the moon.' It produces wine in collaboration with a farm in Chungbuk Yeongdong that has been cultivating grapes for three generations.
Wolryubong is a wine with the concept that 'a man obsessed with wine made it, and a woman who paints designed the label.'
