Kolon Industries’ FnC institutional sector, which operates the sports curation platform THE CART GOLF, announced on the 2nd that it will change its name to ‘THE CART’ and expand into a sports lifestyle platform.
THE CART, which started in 2020 as the nation’s first golf specialty curated shop, has increased its product line to include other sports sectors, such as running and pilates, since the second half of last year.
With this platform name change, THE CART aims to expand its offerings beyond the golf-centric products to encompass the entire sports lifestyle. The sports category will see new additions from running brands such as 4T2, DOXA RUN, Suunto, CEP, and CL.
THE CART also provides a variety of information that combines sports and fashion, presenting sports styling.
A representative from THE CART noted, “Through this reorganization, we set a goal to leap forward as the number one platform encompassing fashion and sports,” adding, “Based on the expertise and trust built by merging golf with fashion, we plan to broaden our scope into the entire sports lifestyle.”
