Biwalts

According to Mideori Bongja, 'Biwalts' is a drink that captures the deep sweetness of honey and the fragrant aroma of flowers in a bottle. It is made using locally harvested honey. With high honey content and low alcohol levels, it can be enjoyed by anyone without hesitation, noted Mideori Bongja.

According to Mideori Bongja, Mid Biwalts is produced safely and healthily through thorough ingredient inspections and natural fermentation processes.

It is fermented using only honey without preservatives. By adding Mideori Bongja's unique low-temperature aging method, it enhances the richness of taste and aroma. Additionally, it underwent physical filtering using paper filters rather than chemical methods for added purity.

A representative from Mideori Bongja said, "Biwalts comes in four varieties: original, logi, boshe, and hop sparkling, and we plan to introduce two sparkling meads brewed with grains in the future," adding, "We will transform the image of traditional liquor and become a brewery that coexists with local farmers by utilizing regional agricultural products."
