According to industry sources on the 18th, Lee recently visited CJ Logistics and held a "young leaders meeting" for about an hour with more than 40 young employees in their 30s and early 40s after receiving a business report from the management team.

During the meeting, Lee stated, "CJ Logistics is a tech company," adding, "We must actively enter the global market based on IT capabilities."

He further noted, "I will create a company where great talent can grow," and emphasized, "We must have a desperate will to grow."

Earlier, on the 7th, Lee also visited the CJ OnStyle headquarters to inspect the business site and encourage its achievements.

Lee praised CJ OnStyle for leading market changes by positioning mobile live commerce (MLC) as a new growth driver despite challenging domestic and international environments. He said, "Do not rest on your laurels; proactively respond to trend changes and accelerate the speed of market capture with unique competitiveness."

Additionally, he expressed hope, "Based on domestic achievements, I wish you to grow into a corporation that leads lifestyle trends on a broader stage," and urged, "Please challenge with passion."

Meanwhile, since last year, Lee has been visiting key subsidiaries at the beginning of each year to encourage employees. Last year, he visited Olive Young and CJ Logistics directly, and in September, he visited the global logistics center (GDC) of CJ Logistics in Saudi Arabia, among other overseas business sites.
