Lotte Members announced on the 5th that the cumulative number of registered members over the past 10 years has reached 190 million. Lotte Members operates the Lotte Group's integrated membership 'L.Point.' This achievement was revealed 10 years after its establishment in 2015 to enhance customer benefits and data competitiveness.

According to Lotte Members, L.Point has the largest number of members among domestic memberships, with 43 million members. The cumulative number of registered members is 190 million.

The annual point transaction amount increased approximately 133% from 430 billion won in 2015 to 1 trillion won last year. The total cumulative amount has exceeded 7 trillion won. The cumulative total sales, which is the sum of the entire amount spent when customers accumulate points, amounts to 340 trillion won.

As Lotte Members plays a key role in strengthening the Lotte Group's data ecosystem, it is currently discovering new businesses and leading customer lifestyles based on the data and analytical capabilities accumulated.
