On the 15th, the shared office corporation SparkPlus announced that it has appointed Son Joo-hwan, the Deputy Minister of the Ahju Vision Community Innovation Office, as the new CEO.
The new CEO Son has accumulated 25 years of practical experience in the commercial real estate sector, covering domestic and international brand expansion and introduction, brand strategy, store development, asset management, and the establishment and investment of proptech startups.
During his time at Ajou Continuum, CEO Son practically supported the design of SparkPlus's initial business model and market expansion.
