EUGENE Corporation, the parent company of Eugene Group, announced on the 14th that it has launched the digital platform 'ConLive', the first of its kind in the domestic ready-mixed concrete industry.
The ConLive platform launched by EUGENE Corporation allows construction companies and ready-mixed concrete manufacturers to efficiently manage concrete operations through a single platform. Key features include ▲quality management ▲shipment management ▲general management, enabling real-time integrated management of core tasks related to ready-mixed concrete.
This platform enables the establishment of quality competitiveness through systematic and efficient ready-mixed concrete quality management. Construction companies can immediately verify the compliance of concrete mixing standards via real-time superprint data. Quality data such as measured values and error rates can also be verified. It has the advantage of allowing systematic and efficient quality management by transitioning from traditional manual recording methods to digital data management.
The shipment management feature provides real-time tracking of mixer truck locations and estimated arrival times, making it easy to request or cancel shipments. When changes related to shipments occur, they are automatically shared with relevant parties through a messaging feature, helping to prevent delays in concrete pouring, missed deliveries, and misdeliveries.
The general management feature enables systematic management of delivery performance from ready-mixed concrete manufacturers, shipment information by supplier, and communication records based on messages. In particular, it offers a customized user interface (UI) tailored to the headquarters of construction companies, worksites, and ready-mixed concrete manufacturers, ensuring user convenience and accessibility.
Since its pilot operation in the second half of last year, EUGENE Corporation's ConLive has been linked with over 100 ready-mixed concrete plants nationwide. The functionality was validated and the system's completeness was improved by reflecting field requirements from the Samsung C&T Pangyo 641 site, Lotte E&C Magok MICE site, and GS Engineering and Construction Cheolsan Jugong reconstruction site.
EUGENE Corporation obtained a patent on the 4th for the core technology applied to ConLive, titled 'System and Method for Sharing Ready-Mixed Concrete Information.'
As a leading company in the ready-mixed concrete industry, EUGENE Corporation has established ConLive as an open platform that can be used across the industry, including small and medium-sized ready-mixed concrete manufacturers and construction companies, rather than being limited to a specific company. Considering that 85% of ready-mixed concrete plants nationwide are small businesses, the introduction of an integrated digital platform like ConLive is expected to accelerate digital transformation and lead to joint growth throughout the industry, according to a representative of EUGENE Corporation.
