Daewoo E&C announced on the 13th that it has been selected as the construction company for the redevelopment of the area around 532-2 Cheonho-dong in Gangdong-gu, Seoul.
This project involves building 8 apartment buildings, 582 units, and additional facilities on a 24,000-square-meter site, with 4 basement levels and 24 above-ground floors. The construction cost is estimated at 245.3 billion won.
Daewoo E&C proposed the name 'Proud Hill Prugio' for this project. A representative from Daewoo E&C explained that the name combines 'Proud,' which reflects pride in the prime location, and 'Hill,' which signifies the value of being on top.
Proud Hill Prugio will feature a 70-meter high sky community for the first time in the Cheonho area, allowing views of the Han River. It will also include food waste transportation facilities within the units to enhance residential comfort and convenience.
Plans also include creating a sports multiplex featuring a fitness club, golf club, screen golf, sauna, café, guesthouse, as well as a futsal field and a multipurpose gymnasium for the residents.
