The consortium of Daewoo E&C and Doosan announced on the 9th that the 'Riverscent Prugio Weave' supplied through the urban environment maintenance project at the Yeongdeungpo District 1-13 in Seoul has successfully closed applications in all types for the first round.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board (REB), results from the first round of applications conducted on the 8th showed that a total of 15,882 applications were received for 83 units offered (excluding special supply), yielding an average competition rate of 191.3 to 1. The highest competition rate came from the dedicated type of 59㎡A, where only 10 units were available, with 5,827 applications, resulting in a rate of 582.7 to 1. Including 1,218 applications from other areas, the competition rate rises to 704.5 to 1.
A person in charge of the sales noted, 'The urban core location near the station, reasonable prices, and brand premium have sparked significant interest even before applications opened. Especially in Seoul, where the supply of new apartments is woefully inadequate compared to demand, this development in the city center received good evaluations in special supply, so we expect an early closing in the main contract as well.'
'Riverscent Prugio Weave' will be located at 32-8 Yeongdeungpo-dong 5ga, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, consisting of 5 buildings with 659 units, spanning 4 underground floors to 33 above ground. It is conveniently accessible by foot to Yeongdeungpo Market Station on Line 5 and is also close to Line 1 and KTX Yeongdeungpo Station. There are also planned transportation improvements, such as the Shin Ansan Line (under construction) and the GTX-B line (planned).
Walking distance to Yeongjung Elementary School is possible, and Yanghwa Middle School, Jang Hoon High School, and Yeongdeungpo Girls' High School are also nearby. Meanwhile, the Riverscent Prugio Weave will proceed with the main contract from the 28th to the 30th after announcing the winners on the 15th.
