The ministry evaluates general construction companies with a construction capability evaluation amount of over 500 billion won based on factors such as ▲ joint contracting and subcontracting performance ▲ nurturing partner companies ▲ and credibility, assigning five grades: 'Excellent, Good, Fair, Average, and Insufficient.' Companies scoring 95 points or higher can receive the 'Excellent' grade. Companies with the Excellent grade receive benefits such as additional points in public construction bids from the Public Procurement Service and local governments.
