DL Construction recently announced on the 3rd that it received the highest rating for three consecutive years in the '2025 Construction Business Mutual Cooperation Evaluation' conducted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's mutual cooperation evaluation was established to build close cooperative relationships among construction businesses for balanced development of the construction industry and efficient execution of construction projects. The Ministry evaluates based on criteria such as joint contract performance, subcontracting performance, financial and technical support for cooperative partners, and reputation, dividing companies into large and small corporations annually. Companies that score above 95 points are selected for the highest rating.
This year, the large construction corporations that received the highest rating total 27, including DL Construction. These companies will receive preferential points in the reputation evaluation for qualifications for participation in public bidding conducted by the Public Procurement Service starting from the 1st of this month until the results of next year's evaluation take effect. Additionally, a 6% advantage will be provided when calculating the construction capability evaluation amount for 2025. Over the next three years, benefits for the reduction of penalties under the Construction Industry Act will also be granted.
A representative of DL Construction said, “This selection as the highest-rated company in the mutual cooperation evaluation for three consecutive years is a result of our continuous efforts for coexistence with our partners,” and added, “We will continue to move forward as DL Construction, growing together with our partners.”
