On July 2, Geumgang Housing announced plans to sell the Geumgang Pentherium Lake Fore located at block B1 of the Gunpo Daeyami public housing district.
Geumgang Pentherium Lake Fore consists of 5 buildings, with a total of 502 units ranging from 2 basement levels to a maximum of 27 floors. Of these, 452 units will be offered for general sale, and the development will be subject to price ceiling regulations.
The Gunpo Daeyami public housing district, where the development is located, will be a newly formed residential town with over 5,000 households in an area that has been released from greenbelt status.
