DL E&C announced on the 1st that it is conducting a first-come, first-served contract for designated units and floor numbers for 'e-Pyeonhansesang Bonyeong-ro Leaders Foret', located at 828-29 Yaum-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan.
The complex consists of two buildings, five basement floors and 37 above-ground floors, with 192 units of apartments with a dedicated area of 84㎡ and 62 officetels with a dedicated area of 83㎡. DL E&C is responsible for construction, applying its specialized housing platform design, 'C2 House'.
According to the real estate industry, the Ulsan real estate market has shown signs of recovery recently. In April of this year, the individual house prices in the Ulsan area increased by 1.3% compared to the previous year. All five autonomous districts in Ulsan exhibited an upward trend, and transaction prices are also recovering. Unsold properties have decreased for three consecutive months since December.
New sales are also continuing in Yaum-dong, Ulsan. The first and second phases of Ailin's Garden in Ulsan Lake Park, as well as Areas B-13 and B-14, are accelerating sales.
