On the 1st, the Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) announced that it will supply 13,000 dwellings through sales and rentals in the 3rd new towns by September.
In July, a total of 2,177 dwellings will be supplied, including 1,776 public sales (blocks A1, B1, B2) and 401 newlywed hope town (block A2) in the 3rd new town of Namyangju Wangsuk District. Additionally, 2,357 dwellings will be open for recruitment in the Namyangju Jinjeop 2 District and the Guri Galmae Station area, including newlywed hope town and public sales.
In the Hwaseong Dongtan 2 District (block C14), public rentals that can be converted to sales after six years will be supplied for the first time.
In August, 538 public sales (block A1) will be supplied in the Uijeongbu Ujeong District, and 686 newlywed hope town (block C2) will be supplied in the Gwacheon Juam District. In September, applications will be accepted for 295 dwellings in Wonju Musil District in Gangwon, 405 dwellings in Namyangju Jinjeop 2 District, and 277 dwellings in Ulsan Taehwa River area.
Around 3,500 rental dwellings will be supplied in September, which are provided to the homeless youth and newlywed couples at prices lower than the market rate, along with 2,100 construction rental dwellings (national, happiness, and integrated public rentals).
