The 'Industrial Apartment Reconstruction Maintenance Project' involves the construction of 367 apartment units and auxiliary welfare facilities across 7 buildings, ranging from 3 underground floors to 13 above ground, in the area of Industrial Apartment, located at 57-9, Guro-dong, Seoul. The construction period is 33 months from the start date, with an estimated cost of about 136.3 billion won.
