The Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 29th that it will supply a total of 1,713 dwellings, including the Dundeun Jeonse Housing and rental housing, for newlywed couples without homes and low-income families from the 30th to the 2nd of next month.
By type, the following will be available for application: ▲ 869 units of the Dundeun Jeonse Housing for transfer to ownership ▲ 179 units of the Dundeun Jeonse Housing for newlyweds and newborns II for rental housing conversion ▲ 665 units of the Dundeun Jeonse Housing for non-transfer to ownership.
The rental housing for conversion to ownership allows the resident to choose to purchase the dwelling after living in it as a tenant for at least 6 years.
The Dundeun Jeonse Housing can be lived in for up to 8 years with a deposit below 90% of the surrounding market price, and anyone who is a member of a household without a home can apply regardless of income or asset.
