According to Hyundai E&C on the 29th, the Mia 9-2 district housing reconstruction maintenance project association, during a general assembly held on the 28th to select a construction company, conducted a vote on the sole bid by the Hyundai E&C and HDC Hyundai Development Company consortium, which resulted in an overwhelming approval to confirm the construction company.

The project site is a 10,023.71 square meter area located at 137-72 Mia-dong, Gangbuk-gu, Seoul. There will be a total of 22 buildings with 1,759 dwellings, ranging from 6 floors underground to 25 floors above ground, along with communal welfare facilities. Construction is expected to take 40 months, with costs amounting to 635.8 billion won.

The complex is situated in a double transport hub with easy access to Mia Station and Mia Samgeori Station on Subway Line 4. It is adjacent to the Bukseoul Dream Forest, allowing residents to enjoy a pleasant natural environment, and the surrounding area is densely populated with prestigious educational institutions such as Shinil High School, Younghoon International Middle School, and Younghoon High School.

The Hyundai E&C consortium has proposed a specialized exterior design inspired by the surrounding natural environment, including Bukhansan Mountain and Bukseoul Dream Forest, in collaboration with the global architectural design group ARCADIS. They plan to showcase an elegant yet dynamic landmark landscape by fluidly representing the peaks of Bukhansan and forest imagery on the complex's exterior.

The two rooftop levels in the complex will feature a double sky garden that allows residents to enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view, providing a space for relaxation while overlooking Bukhansan and the urban skyline.

Additionally, artistic gardens will be distributed throughout the complex to create resort-like green spaces within the city, and the community area will be expanded by 2,800 square meters (approximately 850 pyeong) compared to the original plan, allowing residents to enjoy 45 high-end programs, including a multi-level indoor gym, indoor golf practice area, kids' cafe, reading room, and guest house. To ensure convenient pedestrian flow overcoming the sloped terrain, 12 external elevators will be installed.
