A unit of 84㎡ at 'Seoul Forest I-Park River Foret 1st' was traded for 3.49 billion won last month.
A consortium of Daewoo E&C and Doosan will open a model house for the 'Riverscent Prugio Weave,' supplied through the Yeongdeungpo 1-13 district urban environment renovation project, and will hold subscriptions in July. Starting with special supply on the 7th, applications will be accepted in order on the 8th for first priority and the 9th for second priority.

Meanwhile, in Dunchon-dong, Gangdong-gu, the 'Olympic Park Foreon (formerly Dunchon Jugong reconstruction)' will hold a non-priority subscription next month. Applications are scheduled to take place from July 10 to 11. This non-priority subscription will consist of a total of 4 units: 2 units of dedicated 84㎡, 1 unit of dedicated 59㎡, and 1 unit of dedicated 39㎡. The sale price for dedicated 84㎡ is expected to be around 1.2 to 1.3 billion won. The actual transaction price for the same area last month was 2.65 billion won. The sale price for dedicated 59㎡ is set at 1.08 billion won, while the supply price for dedicated 39㎡ is 698 million won. Only those without homes can participate in the subscription.
