According to Real Estate R114, in the first week of July, nine complexes nationwide will begin sales for a total of 6,475 households. Of these, 3,809 households are for general sale.

HDC Hyundai Development Company will begin sales for "Hohyun Central I-Park," a project through the reconstruction of the Shinhan Apartment in the area of 111-1 Parkdal-dong, Anyang, Gyeonggi Province. The project consists of two underground floors and a maximum of 29 above-ground floors, with seven buildings in total, and 144 households will be supplied for general sale with exclusive areas ranging from 55 to 84 square meters.

The site is conveniently located near the West Coast Expressway, Second Gyeongin Expressway, Pyeongtaek-Paju Expressway, and Gangnam Circular City Expressway, making access to Seoul and the metropolitan area easy. KTX Gwangmyeong Station and Line 1 Anyang Station can be utilized, and development projects are underway for the Shinansan Line (scheduled for 2026) and the Wolgok-Panjoo Line (scheduled for 2028). Schools such as Sambong Elementary School, Parkdal Elementary School, and Anyang High School are within walking distance, and the Anyang Parkdal Library is also nearby. POSCO E&C plans to begin sales for "Otyerforet," supplied through the reconstruction of the Rose Apartment located at 656-421 Seongsu-dong 1-ga, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. The project consists of three buildings with a total of 287 households, ranging from three underground floors to a maximum of 20 above-ground floors, with 88 households supplied for general sale in exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 104 square meters.

The site is located in a prime area near Seoul Forest Station on the Suin-Bundang Line, and Line 2's Ttukseom Station is also close. Accessibility to major areas of Seoul is excellent through the Gangbyeonbuk-ro, Dongbu Expressway, Inner Circular Road, and Olympic Boulevard. The pleasant natural environment is adjacent to Seoul Forest, the Han River, and Jungnang Stream, and students can walk to Kyungdong Elementary School, Kyungil Elementary, Middle, and High Schools. Infrastructure facilities such as Seongsu-dong Cafe Street, Ttukdo Youth Market, and the Seongdong Comprehensive Sports Center are located nearby, and urban regeneration projects at the Sam-pyo Ready-Mixed Concrete site and the Seongsu Strategic Maintenance Zone development are planned in the vicinity of the complex.
