Hohyun Central I-Park provides convenient access to key commercial districts in Anyang, such as Lotte Cinema, 2001 Outlet, Anyang Central Market, and Anyang 1st Street, and the Gwangmyeong Station living zone is located within a radius of approximately 2 kilometers, making shopping, cultural, and medical facilities like IKEA, Lotte Mall, Costco, and Chung-Ang University Gwangmyeong Hospital easily accessible.
Nearby the complex are Anyang City Hall Parkdal Library, Parkdal 2-dong Administrative Welfare Center, and Parkdal Complex Office. Furthermore, there is a pedestrian entrance leading toward Anyangcheon within the complex, making it convenient to use the waterfront park created along Anyangcheon, and Parkdal Children's Park is also nearby, allowing residents to enjoy a pleasant natural environment.
Using a vehicle, easy entry to the nearby Gangnam Circular City Expressway, Second Gyeongin Expressway, and West Coast Expressway makes it convenient to travel to various regions in Seoul and the metropolitan area. Ten bus routes operate from the bus stop right in front of the complex, and it is possible to arrive at KTX Gwangmyeong Station and Anyang Station on the suburban railway Line 1 in no more than five stops. Upon arriving at Gwangmyeong Station, one can reach Yongsan Station in 15 minutes and Seoul Station in 20 minutes via KTX, while traveling to Seoul Sindorim Station takes 20 minutes and Gangnam Station takes 40 minutes when using Anyang Station. The M Bus in Seoul can reach Seoul Sadang Station in around 30 minutes without transferring.
The opening of the Shin Ansan Line (scheduled for 2026) and the Wolpan Line (scheduled for 2028) is expected to greatly enhance accessibility to downtown Seoul and major business districts. When the Shin Ansan Line opens, travel from Gwangmyeong Station to Yeouido will take nine stops, and when the Wolpan Line opens, it will take five stops to travel from Anyang Station through Induckwon to Pangyo.
Additionally, large-scale redevelopment projects such as the Chung-Hunbu redevelopment, Sam Bong District maintenance project, and the reconstruction of Kumho Town, WOOSUNG, and Geukdong are planned, leading to the expectation of a new residential belt being formed in the area. Furthermore, when the 3.28 million square meter Parkdal Smart City is established by 2033, it is anticipated that Hohyun Central I-Park will leap to become a central hub of future residential infrastructure.
Sambong Elementary School is adjacent to the complex, allowing for walking commutes to school, while numerous elementary, middle, and high schools, including Parkdal Middle School, Anyang Middle School, and Anyang High School, are concentrated in the surrounding area. The highly preferred Anyang Foreign Language High School is also located nearby, and the largest academy district in Gyeonggi Province, Pyungchon Academy District, is easily accessible by vehicle.
