The "Hills State Gwangju Gonjiam Station" is currently conducting a first-come, first-served contract for specified buildings and units, and anyone aged 19 or older can contract the desired remaining units without a subscription savings account, regardless of their residential area.
The purchase burden has been greatly reduced by adding a fixed 5% deposit and an initial contract payment benefit of 5 million won. Additionally, it is the only apartment complex in the Gonjiam Station area where the Stress Debt Service Ratio (DSR) Stage 1 is applied, which is also a strength. The selling price for a dedicated area of 84 square meters is about 600 million won at the highest price level, which is approximately 180 million won cheaper than about 790 million won for recently announced apartments in Gwangju at the same dedicated area size.
The model house is located at 242-72 Yeokdong, Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province (near Gyeongan Middle School).
