Seoul Housing and Community Corporation (SH Corporation) announced on the 23rd that President Hwang Sang-ha and the inspection team visited construction sites in the Gangdong District on the 20th to urgently check the rainstorm response situation and safety management system.

The inspection was conducted to prevent damage to citizens and on-site workers due to heavy rain while a heavy rain advisory was in effect.

The inspection team conducted surprise visits to the ongoing ▲Mangwolcheon Stream maintenance project and ▲Myeongil 1-dong community center complex project in the Gangdong District to assess the safety management status.

In particular, they focused on checking ▲the removal of obstacles hindering the flow of water in the stream ▲the condition of stream slope protection ▲the safety and drainage of underground facilities at demolition sites ▲the maintenance of drainage around the site.

President Hwang Sang-ha said, "We will maintain a thorough safety management system to ensure that no damage occurs to citizens and workers due to heavy rain."
