Daewoo E&C announced on the 22nd that it has won a reconstruction project worth 230.5 billion won in Gwang-an-dong, Suyeong District, Busan.
The project, called "Gwang-an-dong Block 373 Apartment Restructuring Project," involves constructing 447 apartments and 50 officetels in a complex of four buildings, ranging from 6 underground floors to 41 above ground, in the area of 373 Gwang-an-dong, Suyeong District. The total project cost is 230.5 billion won.
Daewoo E&C proposed the complex name "Prugio Oceanity" and plans to include high-end community facilities such as a golf club, lounge, and private reading room within the complex.
The site is located near Geumryeonsan Station and Gwang-an Station on the Busan subway, and Gwangalli Beach is also within walking distance.
A representative of Daewoo E&C noted, "Due to the nature of the apartment restructuring project, the progress will be fast, and since the site is located in the core area of Gwangalli, excellent business potential is expected."
