The 'Goodwill Popup Store' will take place at a booth set up in the outdoor parking lot of Hyundai Engineering's headquarters from that day until the 18th. Employees with disabilities dispatched from the Goodwill Store at the Milal Ilsan branch will sell various donated items to employees and local residents, with all revenue generated being used to support the independence of employees with developmental disabilities at the Goodwill Store.

Hyundai Engineering operated the 'Goodwill Popup Store' for the first time last year, achieving about three times the average daily sales of the Goodwill Store at the Milal Ilsan branch, garnering significant support from employees. Starting this year, the company plans to hold the Popup Store regularly each year. The scale of the event will also be expanded to showcase a variety of items such as clothing, bedding, household goods, kitchenware, and food across a total of six booths.

The Goodwill Store is a nonprofit organization that supports the creation of jobs for people with disabilities and helps establish a basis for independence by allowing disabled workers to participate directly in the entire process from collection, classification, processing, packaging, to sales of donated items.

A representative of Hyundai Engineering said, 'The 'Goodwill Popup Store' is a great opportunity to inform employees and local residents about the mission and social value of the Goodwill Store' and added, 'We will continue to provide sincere social contribution activities that can practically help in creating jobs for people with disabilities and achieving economic independence.'
