Samsung E&A announced on the 16th that it will hold the 'Samsung E&A Tech Forum' on the 20th at the Global Engineering Center (GEC) in Sangil-dong, Gangdong District, Seoul.

The event is expected to be attended by over 500 participants, including global clients such as Saudi Aramco, ExxonMobil, and Petronas, as well as global partners in the energy sector such as Hanni UOP, Johnson Matthey, Jidara, Nel, Carbon Clean, Baker Hughes, and domestic and international collaborators.

This forum is the second event following last year, organized to showcase the technology capabilities of Samsung E&A in the field of eco-friendly energy transition, which has been selected as a future new business, and to seek new business opportunities in collaboration with participating companies.

Titled 'Weaving Technology Threads, Delivering Excellence,' this forum will feature presentations of technical solutions and panel discussions by experts in various fields such as energy transition, eco-friendliness, innovative technology, and finance.

The main event will begin with a keynote address by President Namgoong Hong, followed by sessions divided into E&Able (energy transition and eco-friendly fields) and AHEAD (innovative technology field).

There will be discussions on the future direction of energy technology through presentations and discussions by global experts in energy transition fields such as green hydrogen, carbon capture, and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) as well as eco-friendly water treatment.

Additionally, seminars by process, including design, procurement, and construction, will be conducted to introduce Samsung E&A's differentiated execution innovation model to participating companies and share excellence cases and utilization strategies. Samsung E&A will also showcase innovative technology solutions it has invested in and developed in a separate exhibition space.

A Samsung E&A official noted, 'We hope this forum becomes a platform for communication to explore the direction of future energy technologies and innovative technologies and to commercialize them.' He added, 'Samsung E&A plans to lead the future energy market by preempting core eco-friendly technologies based on its differentiated execution innovation system.'
