Next month, the mid-sized housing company's apartment supply volume has been counted at 4,512 units.
The Korea Housing Construction Association noted on the 30th that, as a result of compiling the housing supply plans for June among its member companies, 13 companies are expected to supply a total of 4,512 units across 14 business sites. This is an increase of 2,897 units compared to the previous month (1,615 units). However, it is a decrease of 1,034 units compared to the same period last year (5,546 units).
By region, the supply volumes are as follows: ▲ Gangwon Province 1,362 units ▲ Daejeon 998 units ▲ Gyeongsangnam-do 842 units ▲ Busan 460 units ▲ Seoul 368 units ▲ Jeju Island 242 units ▲ Gyeonggi 184 units ▲ Gyeongsangbuk-do 56 units.
