Hillstate Yongin Mark Valley is located in Yongin Namsa (Agok) district, 7BL. The complex consists of 7 buildings with 2 basement levels and up to 27 floors, offering units with an area of 84 to 182 square meters and a total of 660 households.

The complex is situated at the center of Korea's largest semiconductor industrial belt. The Yongin Industrial Complex covers a total area of about 7.78 million square meters, nearly double that of Pyeongtaek at 4.15 million square meters, with a project cost of 9.637 trillion won, three times that of Pyeongtaek at 3.4859 trillion won.

An investment of about 360 trillion won led by Samsung Electronics is planned. It is gaining attention as a national mega project, with a production inducement effect of 400 trillion won and an employment inducement effect reaching 1.92 million.

In front of the complex, a four-lane Cheoinseong Road and the Guri-Yongin-Anseong section of the Seoul-Sejong Expressway opened in January this year. With the opening of National Route 84 planned, the travel time to Dongtan New Town is expected to be reduced from about 20 minutes to within 10 minutes.

A wide-area transportation network connecting major areas is expected to be formed, including the extension of the Gyeonggang Line (planned), the expansion of National Route 45 to eight lanes (planned), and the inter-city railway connecting Dongtan and Cheongju Airport (planned).

Commercial facilities such as supermarkets, hospitals, and academies are located right in front of the complex. The Namsa Sports Center, equipped with an indoor gymnasium and swimming pool, as well as Namsa Library, Hansup Mulbit Park, Hansup Haetbit Park, and Hansup Avenue (medical facilities, academies, cafes, restaurants, etc.) provide a wealth of infrastructure.

Various development projects are planned near the complex. The Ildong Reservoir development project, which is the largest water cultural park in the metropolitan area, is underway, along with plans for diverse sports and leisure facilities and a complex cultural arts center.

As a Hillstate brand apartment by Hyundai E&C, it aims to provide a differentiated living space with excellent product quality and community facilities. The complex has secured an open feel and a pleasant residential environment through a south-facing layout and central plaza design.

With a variety of floor plans such as 4-bay and tower-type configurations, residents can choose spaces that fit their lifestyles. Practical designs including dressing rooms, pantries, alpha rooms, and a two-family separation type (109㎡C type) enhance space utilization. Notably, the large penthouse type features up to three dressing rooms and spacious terraces, incorporating luxury specialized spaces. A storage room is also provided in all units.

Hillstate Yongin Mark Valley has also introduced the smart lifestyle platform 'My Hills' from Hyundai E&C. This app allows for easy handling of various procedures before and after moving in, including inquiries about sales and subscription information, scheduling pre-move visits, applying for after-service (A/S), and registering visiting vehicles.

Advanced technology-based smart housing management services will also be provided, from confirming community notices to checking energy usage, controlling smart home appliances through the Internet of Things (IoT), tracking vehicle locations, and charging electric vehicles.

The interior series unique to Hillstate will be introduced, including the award-winning H Up & Down Table, H Multi Lounge, and H Room in Room. Specialized options such as luxurious dress rooms, germicidal shoe racks, and dry washbasins are variously prepared to enhance satisfaction for residents.

Community amenities will include various indoor and outdoor exercise facilities such as fitness centers and screen golf. Amenities designed to enhance residents' quality of life, such as saunas (dry and wet), a small library, Hills Lounge, guest house, kids' station, tea house, and H iForest, will also be developed.
