The 'Mini Storage Attic' to be introduced at Xi is a smart generation storage service that allows residents to freely store items in common areas when there is insufficient space to store them within their units and to retrieve them as needed.

It is designed for Xi residents to choose various types of generation storage according to their lifestyles, such as camping gear, large clothing, and books. Through the integrated service app 'Xi Home', residents can access features such as ▲storage item data management ▲systematic environmental control like temperature and humidity monitoring ▲Internet of Things (IoT)-based remote open and close control.

Additionally, there are plans to discuss future benefits such as an insurance system to minimize the risk of item loss and a free transportation service to nearby locations exclusively for residents.

Meanwhile, the 'Mini Storage Attic' service, in collaboration with Xi and Second Syndrome, is currently the number one brand in the domestic self-storage industry, operating a total of 180 locations with 80,000 service members and offering a new concept residential service with a customer retention rate of 91.5%.
