HDC Hyundai Development Company announced on the 26th that it was selected as the construction company at the meeting for selecting the construction company for the Busan Yeonsan District 10 redevelopment project on the 25th.
At the meeting for selecting the construction company, HDC Hyundai Development Company received 403 votes from the 437 member participants.
The Busan Yeonsan District 10 redevelopment maintenance project involves the construction of apartments and auxiliary welfare facilities with 1,166 units in seven buildings, with four underground floors and 37 above-ground floors, at the site located at 414-1 Yeonsan-dong, Yeonje-gu, Busan, with a total contract amount of 445.3 billion won. The Busan Yeonsan District 10 area features a pleasant residential environment adjacent to the Suyeong River, Oncheoncheon, and Baesan, and also provides good traffic conditions, including Gwangjang-ro and Gobun-ro.
With this contract win, HDC Hyundai Development Company has entered the 1 trillion club in its cumulative contract amounts for urban maintenance projects this year. It has won a total of 1.3018 trillion won in the urban maintenance sector by May this year, following the reconstruction project in Wonju, Gangwon, worth 436.9 billion won in March, and the redevelopment project in Gwangan District 4 in Busan, worth 419.6 billion won. This amount is close to last year's total contract amount of 1.3331 trillion won in the urban maintenance sector.
An official from HDC Hyundai Development Company noted, "The Busan Yeonsan District 10 project is a representative case that showcases HDC Hyundai Development Company's contract capabilities," adding, "We will enhance the living convenience of residents by maximizing the advantages of the location through customized design, thoughtful project proposals, high-end design, and the application of the latest AI technology for the convenience of residents, thereby further strengthening the competitiveness of iPark."
