Halla Cement announced on the 19th that it held a 'management team building' event focused on the MZ generation on the 15th and 16th of this month to revitalize its conservative corporate culture.

The company-wide team building event, held under the slogan 'T.O.P (Team of Power), united strength, building the future together,' saw participation from over 180 management employees of Halla Cement.

Employees were divided into 12 groups to participate in programs such as ▲Navigator of Cooperation ▲Tower of Trust ▲Creative Project. In particular, Halla Cement expanded creative experiential activities and communication programs to encourage the involvement of younger employees, including a new hire talk concert, an empathy quiz show, and the Halla Cement Golden Bell.

Heun Bum Lee, chairman of Halla Cement, noted during his encouragement speech that he hopes the company will work harder to create a corporate culture for communication with the MZ generation by revitalizing its conservative corporate culture.
