HS HWASUNG announced on the 19th that it held a "home visit event" for prospective residents at "Pyeongtaek Seokjeong Park HWASUNG Park Dream" located in Jangdang-dong, Pyeongtaek, over three days from the 16th to the 18th.
In this preliminary inspection before the move-in, 1,253 out of a total of 1,296 households participated, achieving a 96.7% visit rate.
A prospective resident, Mr. A, who visited the site, noted, "I was worried about defects before moving in, but the inspection results showed fewer issues than expected, and I could feel the contractor's dedication throughout the complex."
At the event site, 5,200 cups of premium Italian coffee brand "illy" and red bean bread from the popular local bakery brand "Bread and You" were provided to the prospective residents. Various family-oriented events, including instant photo sessions and balloon art, were also held in celebration of Family Month.
A collaborative event with Shinsegae was also organized. Various lifestyle vouchers containing practical benefits were provided to residents, including five types of appliance and furniture app discount coupons, food and beverage store discount vouchers, and Shinsegae live shopping discount coupons that can be used at the Shinsegae South City store.
HWASUNG Park Dream at Pyeongtaek Seokjeong Park is set to be occupied in July. This complex, created as the first private park development exception project in Pyeongtaek, will be located within approximately 230,000 square meters of Seokjeong Park, consisting of a total of 1,296 households, with floors ranging from basement 4 to 29 above ground, and unit sizes between 80 to 110 square meters.
