Hyundai E&C announced on the 16th that it is first applying the total service platform 'My Hills' for exclusive residents at 'Hills State Indeokwon Station Vertex' and will supply it to existing resident complexes.

My Hills is a mobile application that allows residents to easily utilize smart home technology and residential services according to the characteristics of the complex, ranging from viewing sales and contract information to smart home control, community reservations, after-service registration, vehicle and visitor management, and energy usage confirmation.

Hyundai E&C has applied this application to nine newly constructed complexes, including Hills State Gwanak Century El, as a priority after its launch in December last year.

My Hills offers up to 38 residential services depending on the characteristics of the complex. It is divided into four areas: 'My Home', 'Complex Life', 'My', and 'HILLS STATE'. In the My Home area, various Hi-oT smart home features are applied, including appliance control based on home network, security mode, electric vehicle charging history confirmation, and visitor vehicle registration. Through Complex Life, it provides a private community (H Sharing Place) feature exclusive to residents that allows for community facility reservations, electronic voting, surveys, as well as item transactions and talent donations.

In the My Hills applied to new resident complexes, reservations can be made for the welcome gift package 'Hills Welcome Kit' provided during pre-move-in inspections and the premium lunch box 'Hills Welcome Meal' provided on move-in day.

The Hyundai E&C official noted that mobility-related services, such as preferred parking zone settings, parking availability notifications, and electric vehicle charging station status inquiries, have received positive responses from My Hills users.

Hyundai E&C is prioritizing the application of My Hills to Hills State complexes that wish to implement it. It plans to expand digital residential services to apartment complexes (Hyundai Apartments, Hyundai Home Town, consortium complexes, etc.) in which Hyundai E&C participated as a lead agent.

A Hyundai E&C official said, "By applying the customer-centric service platform My Hills to existing resident complexes, we aim to provide more customers with evolving smart home technology and diversified residential service experiences," adding, "We will continuously introduce differentiated residential products and services to align with changing digital trends and lifestyles."
