Hyosung Heavy Industries announced on the 13th that it plans to sell 'Harrington Place Pungmu' in Pungmu-dong, Gimpo City, Gyeonggi Province, in June.
'Harrington Place Pungmu' is located in blocks 1 to 3 of the Gimpo Pungmu transfer district urban development project. It will consist of a total of 18 buildings with 1,769 residential units, ranging from three underground floors to a maximum of 29 above-ground floors. Out of these, 1,573 units will be available for general sale, while 196 units will be designated for private leasing and will be supplied later.
The number of units per block is 1BL with 866 units, 2BL with 664 units, and 3BL with 239 units. The number of units by exclusive area consists of 189 units of ▲74㎡ and 481 units of ▲84㎡ in 1BL, while 2BL has 219 units of ▲74㎡ and 445 units of ▲84㎡, and 3BL has 80 units of ▲59㎡ and 159 units of ▲74㎡.
'Harrington Place Pungmu' boasts an excellent traffic location with outstanding accessibility to Seoul. The complex is situated about 800 meters from Pungmu Station on the Gimpo Gold Line, making it a transit-oriented development. Pungmu Station is noteworthy as it is connected to the planned extension of Subway Line 5 and will allow easy transfers, earning it double transit-oriented status.
Through the Gold Line connecting Pungmu Station to Gimpo Airport Station, consolidation with Subway Line 5, Line 9, the Airport Railroad, and the Gimpo Han River Line is possible. When the planned extension of Line 5 (Han River Line, currently under preliminary feasibility study) is realized, a direct line will connect to major business districts in Seoul such as Magok, Yeouido, Gwanghwamun, and Jongno without transfers.
The area also has excellent transportation infrastructure. The nearby Gyeonggi Region 1st Circular Expressway, Incheon International Airport Expressway, and Olympic Boulevard are easily accessible, allowing quick travel throughout Seoul as well as to Incheon and the southern Gyeonggi areas. During peak commuting hours, it takes about 50 minutes to Magok District and approximately 60 minutes to Yeouido and DMC, making it possible to commute to major business districts in Seoul within 1 hour.
The educational environment is also outstanding. Within a radius of 500 meters from the complex, there are a total of four elementary schools, including Pungmu Elementary School, along with Yangdo Elementary, Yuhyeon Elementary, and Shinpoong Elementary. Pungmu Middle School, known as a prestigious school in the area, is also nearby. Additionally, within a 10 to 15-minute drive, there are educational institutions in the vicinity of Sau Station and Incheon Geomdan New City.
The living infrastructure is also abundant. Large grocery stores such as Emart Traders Gimpo and Homeplus Gimpo Pungmu are nearby, as well as the Pungmu commercial area connected to the Pungmu Station and Rodeo Street. Additionally, public facilities such as Gimpo City Hall, Gimpo Comprehensive Sports Center, Pungmu Library, and Pungmu National Sports Center are also in close proximity.
The natural environment offers a pleasant living condition as well. Nearby the complex are Saejangteo Park, Seondu Park, and Pulmugol Park, allowing residents to enjoy nature even within the city.
This complex is the first application of the Harrington Place concept in the Pungmu area of Gimpo. Harrington Place has already established itself as a landmark complex in major cities across the country, including Yongsan, Pyeongtaek, and Gyeyang.
The product design is also impressive. The complex has been designed primarily for south-facing units, ensuring ample spacing between buildings for openness and natural light. Some units feature specialized designs such as pantries, dressing rooms, and alpha rooms, enhancing storage and space efficiency. The landscaping, community facilities, and parking conditions (1.4 vehicles per household) within the complex will also be developed to match the premium standard of a large complex.
