Nearly 78,000 people showed interest in the first public sale complex 'Gyo-san Prugio The First' in the Gyeonggi Hanam Gyo-san district, one of the 3rd new towns.

According to Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) on the 9th, a total of 52,920 applicants submitted requests for the general supply of Gyo-san Prugio The First, which offered 201 units. The competition ratio stands at 263.3 to 1.

The most offered unit type, the exclusive area of 59㎡, received 41,069 applications, recording the highest competition ratio among all types at 393.4 to 1. The 58㎡ unit with 7 units available recorded a ratio of 174.3 to 1, the 55㎡ with 5 units recorded 143.6 to 1, and the 51㎡ with 77 units recorded 128.9 to 1.

Earlier, the special supply (186 units) attracted 25,012 applicants, yielding a competition ratio of 134.5 to 1. When combining the special supply and general applications, the total number of applicants reaches 77,932.

Gyo-san Prugio The First has gained attention before the application due to its lower selling price compared to nearby market prices. While the selling price of the 59㎡ units at 'Hanam Hoban Summit Edu Park' ranged from 830 million to 870 million won, the selling price for the same area in this complex was set at 530 million to 570 million won.

In particular, it is highly evaluated for its excellent location adjacent to the planned Songpa-Hanam Line of Subway Line 3 and the Hanam Geomdansan Station of Line 5. Additional plans for the consolidation road to Dongnam Road and the Seoul-Yangpyeong Expressway are also in development. The application of Daewoo E&C's dwelling brand Prugio has also attracted attention.
