A total of 3,045 households (including 384 rental households) will be supplied in Garak-dong, Songpa-gu, Mangwon-dong, Mapo-gu, and Seonghyeon-dong, Gwanak-gu.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government noted on the 9th that during the 7th small-scale housing maintenance integrated review subcommittee held on the 8th, it passed integrated reviews for three projects, including the housing development plan for Moa Housing in the Garak-dong 55 area of Songpa-gu.

The development plan for the housing maintenance project in Garak-dong, Songpa-gu, located near the Police Hospital station of the Seoul Subway, will supply 191 Moa Housing units in two buildings, with three underground floors and 25 above-ground floors. The target site is surrounded by a mixed-use road, leading to a vulnerable walking environment with mixed pedestrian and vehicle traffic. There are plans to create a sidewalk using the open space (3m) within the site to allow residents to pass safely. The number of units supplied will increase by 31 from the previous plan to a total of 191.

A total of 262 households (including 51 rental households) of Moa Housing will be built in the area of 456-6, Mangwon-dong, Mapo-gu.

The project comprises four buildings with a height of 22 floors and has received density reduction benefits due to the construction of rental housing and community facilities. This area has a poor residential environment due to the concentration of dilapidated buildings and lack of infrastructure, making redevelopment difficult. After being designated as a Moa Town in May last year, the project plan was approved.

Five sites of Moa Housing, totaling 2,592 households (including 333 rental households), will be built in the area of 1021, Seonghyeon-dong, Gwanak-gu. The land use designation has been upgraded from a second general residential area (seven stories or less) to a third type, increasing the number of households by 820 from the previous plan of 1,772 units. Childcare facilities, senior welfare facilities, and a library are to be located close to the surrounding area for local residents to use together.
