According to Real Estate R114 on the 9th, in the third week of May, a total of 5,304 households in seven complexes nationwide will begin sales. Of these, 2,422 households will be for general sale.
POSCO E&C and Hanwha Construction will sell "Goyang The Sharp Foreena" through the Wondang 1 District Housing Redevelopment Project in Deogyang-gu, Goyang, at 559-1 Jugyodong. Comprising 2,601 households over a three-level basement and up to 35 floors, 636 households with an exclusive area of 39 to 74 square meters will be offered for general sale.
The suburban Wonryeong Station is accessible within walking distance, and major roads such as Hoguigro, Goyangdaero, and the Metropolitan Expressway No. 1 make it easy to commute in and out of the area by car.
