Among the units available for general sale, the 59㎡ type accounts for approximately 75%. Smaller units targeting 1-2 person households, sized 39㎡ and 46㎡, are also prepared.

The application schedule begins with special supply on the 12th, followed by first priority applications on the 13th and second priority applications on the 14th. The announcement of the winners will be on the 20th, and the formal contract will take place from June 8th to 10th for three days.

'Goyang The Sharp Forena' is designed with all units oriented mainly to the south, and some units are configured with a 3-bay layout that allows for cross ventilation. The storage functionality is also specialized.

Community facilities will include a fitness center, sauna, and indoor screen golf, as well as a book cafe, kids' room, and private study rooms. Additionally, a coin laundry, daycare center, and senior center are also provided.

The landscaping within the complex will be designed like a park, including a rock garden, water playground, flower garden, and a permata garden.

The location is also a strength. It is only one station away from Wonnyeong Station, which reopened earlier this year, to Daegok Station (GTX-A, Gyeongui-Jungang Line, Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 3, West Coast Line), making commuting to Seoul convenient. Goyang City Hall Station (Goyang-Eunpyeong Line) is also planned nearby.

Next to the complex is Wonjangcho, and Seongsa Middle School and Seongsa High School are within walking distance. It is also close to the Hwajeong and Haengsin academy districts.

The living infrastructure is rich, providing excellent residential conditions. Large shopping facilities such as Lotte Mart, Emart, Starfield Goyang, Costco, and IKEA Goyang are nearby, along with Myongji Hospital and Dongguk University Ilsan Hospital. Nature-friendly spaces like Masang Neighborhood Park and Seongsa Sports Park, along with Goyang Oullim Nuri, provide opportunities for swimming, performances, and arts, enhancing cultural and sports activities.
