Dongbu Corporation announced on the 29th that it has won the contract for the private redevelopment project in the Moa Town area of Guro-dong, Seoul. The project, located in the area of 241 Guro-dong, consists of the redevelopment of blocks 4 to 6 and involves the construction of 10 buildings, ranging from four underground floors to 25 above ground, with a total of 647 housing units. The total construction cost is approximately 210 billion won, with a projected construction period of about 43 months.
Dongbu Corporation secured the contract for the redevelopment project of Jangmi Apartment in Muk-dong, Jungnang-gu, last year, and last month, it won the contract for the redevelopment project of a street housing project in 509-1 Mangwoo-dong, Jungnang-gu.
A representative of Dongbu Corporation noted that the company plans to engage in active bidding activities by demonstrating its core competencies in a highly competitive environment and continuing its strategic selective bidding policy targeting premium project sites in Seoul.
