The Booyoung Group's public recruitment achieved a maximum competition ratio of about 180 to 1. The company garnered attention among job seekers by implementing welfare benefits of "100 million won per child born to employees."
The Booyoung Group announced on the 29th that, as a result of conducting applications for experienced and new employees in various institutional sectors such as construction, sales, building sales, dwelling management, leisure business, legal support, and computerization from the 15th to the 25th, it recorded a maximum competition ratio of about 180 to 1.
In particular, the number of new applicants was counted to be more than four times greater than that of experienced applicants in this recruitment. The Booyoung Group noted that its active ESG management, including the "100 million won childbirth encouragement fund system," and family-friendly welfare programs have positively influenced the perception of being a "company that young people want to work for."
Since last year, the Booyoung Group has been introducing various welfare programs for employees throughout their life cycle, in addition to the childbirth encouragement fund system that provides "100 million won per child born to employees." Notable examples include discounts on dwellings, full support for children’s education expenses, medical expense support for direct family members, and child allowances.
Additionally, to address one of the causes of low birth rates, the Booyoung Group operates and supports 66 rent-free "Booyoung Love Children's Centers" within nationwide Booyoung apartment complexes to promote work-family balance. A childcare support team within the group provides support for parent education, childcare consulting, childcare events, and entrance fee support for additional children to residents of Booyoung apartments.
