The "Episode Sinchon Campus" is located on the main road between Sinchon Station and Donggyo-dong, with a total area of approximately 15,550 square meters, featuring 393 rooms across 7 underground floors and 18 above-ground floors. It is just a 3-minute walk from Sinchon Station on Line 2 of the subway and is situated in the heart of the university district, surrounded by Yonsei University, Ewha Womans University, Hongik University, and Sogang University.

Scheduled to officially open in July, the "Episode Sinchon Campus" will be presented as a share housing concept based on the idea of being "a hideout for young people who share space, tastes, and knowledge and grow together." This will be the first type of residential format introduced by Episode, allowing for shared living rooms and bathrooms, aside from individual living spaces.

Accordingly, most units will be offered as shared types, where multiple residents use a single space, except for some individual rooms (42 square meters). The shared types will be composed of units for 3 to 5 people, with various sizes ranging from 15 to 17.5 square meters for personal rooms and 53 to 82 square meters for the entire space, offering options for both independent and shared bathrooms.

Common areas will be designed to support young people's academic pursuits and entrepreneurial efforts. These include community spaces suitable for workshops, seminars, and startup support programs, a living lounge for free interaction with neighbors, study lounges, music listening rooms, cooking lounges, and dining rooms.

In addition, services such as furniture subscription, home cleaning, remote control of home IoT, and car sharing have been implemented to enhance residential convenience. A four-tier security system will be established, covering access to the building, elevators, room access, and individual door locks for personal rooms, to strengthen safety.

Kim Do-hyun, CEO of SK D&D, noted that "the Episode Sinchon Campus is designed as a space that can alleviate housing cost burdens while maximizing quality of life and experiential value, serving as a venue for young people who are contemplating the future to come together, build relationships, and grow together." He added that there are plans to introduce various types of housing products in the future.

Meanwhile, SK D&D operates residential spaces through its real estate management subsidiary, DD Property Solutions (DDPS), currently managing over 5,600 rental units, including Episodes. In March, DDPS completed the acquisition of Local Stitch, the first co-living and co-working company in Korea, which secured a total of 6,200 units, with plans to expand to 10,000 units within this year and 50,000 units by 2029.
