According to the real estate industry on the 25th, LH conducted automated response system (ARS) calls targeting LH land contractors, housing contractees, and rental housing contractees from around 11 p.m. on the 16th until 2 a.m. the next day for a contract satisfaction survey.

LH customers, who were resting or trying to sleep late in the evening close to midnight, reacted with surprise upon receiving the calls.

A customer who received the LH satisfaction call noted, "I was surprised when the LH happy call came in close to 2 a.m. on the 17th," and added, "I can't understand doing a satisfaction survey out of the blue at this late hour."

In response, LH sent a text message at around 5:50 p.m. on the 17th, apologizing for making late ARS calls to LH contractors.

LH stated through the text, "An error occurred where ARS survey calls were automatically sent at a late hour," and explained, "This was an error that occurred during the system restart process of the operating company." They added, "We will conduct a thorough inspection of the entire system to ensure that such inconveniences do not recur."

An LH official explained, "An error occurred where calls were sent late to some contractors when the operating company restarted the system while conducting a test before making the ARS happy calls."

Meanwhile, LH caused controversy after an employee mistakenly leaked personal information of over 1,000 individuals during the process of accepting applications for a rental housing project on the 23rd. Around 7 p.m. on the 23rd, LH posted a list file titled "Asan Tangjeong 2-A15BL National Rental Preliminary Tenant Recruitment Applicants" containing the personal information of 1,138 applicants on the LH Subscription Plus. The file included sensitive information such as applicant names, mobile phone numbers, and details related to application scoring, including the presence of children and disability status.
