The residents' restaurants in major high-end apartments in Seoul are spreading to local areas in full swing. Complexes in cities like Pohang and Changwon, preparing for sales, are actively promoting the 'apartments that provide meals.' Among the apartments slated for sale in the first half of this year, there are some that emphasize the views and landscaping, making residents feel like they're in a resort without needing to travel.

The 'Changwon Mega City Xi & Weave,' presented by the Doosan Engineering consortium (Doosan, GS, Kumho Engineering & Construction), is the first in Jinhae, Gyeongnam to offer breakfast services. Additionally, a Kyobo Bookstore curation service will be introduced within the community, expected to capture the attention of residents. Changwon Mega City Xi & Weave will consist of a total of 2,638 households in 17 buildings, ranging from basement 4 to 37 stories, with 2,041 units of 54-102 square meters available for general sale. This apartment will conduct legitimate contracts until the 24th.

The 'Hillstate The Shop Sangsaeng Park Complex 1,' supplied by Hyundai Engineering and POSCO, also prominently featured the 'meal service.' It is set to introduce breakfast and lunch services for the first time in Pohang. The complex will be composed of 999 households in 7 buildings, ranging from basement 3 to 35 stories, with unit sizes of 84-178 square meters. As it is part of a private park special project, comprising about 770,000 square meters of park facilities and about 170,000 square meters of non-park facilities, it boasts a pleasant surrounding environment.

A sales representative noted, "As the meal service offered in high-end apartment communities in Seoul gains popularity among residents, the demand is also emerging in local areas," adding, "If the sales are successful, it is expected that there will be quite a number of residents who want to have meals in their apartments."

Apartments built near the sea and rivers are putting effort into designs to secure views. Many people want to enjoy beautiful scenery from their homes without having to travel. Moreover, as the so-called 'view value' of 'Han River view' apartments becomes known, it attracts the interest of consumers.

The 'Songdo Xi Crystal Ocean,' which opened in June last year in Yeonsu District, Incheon, is enhancing residents' satisfaction with its sea views, landscaping, and exterior. Positioned along the western coastline, every unit offers a view of the sea. Such a layout was made possible through long-term location analysis, product planning, and specialized design.

The outer promenade connecting to the central square was completed as a walking space through forest paths near the sea. The large apartment complex, composed of 1,503 households across 9 buildings with a maximum height of 42 stories, has seen the resident council present a plaque of appreciation to the employees of GS Engineering and Construction for creating a luxury development.

The 'Taehwa River Epic,' which is being built in the Taehwa River Housing District of Ulsan, has focused on creating landscaping that blends with the abundant greenery nearby. Landscaping spaces like Epic Court and Cloud Valley Garden have been developed, and there are parks nearby, such as Gulhwa Riverside Park and Taehwa River National Garden. Supplied by HL D&I Halla, this apartment consists of a total of 307 households in 5 buildings, ranging from basement 1 to a maximum of 15 stories. Applications for the Taehwa River Epic will begin with a special supply on the 28th, followed by first and second priority applications on the 29th and 30th, respectively. The announcement of winners is scheduled for May 9, with legitimate contracts expected to take place from May 24 to 26.

The 'Yangju Station Jeil Pungkyungchae Winners Sky,' launched by Jeil Construction in Yangju City, Gyeonggi Province, applies various specialized designs with a maximum height of 40 stories. The use of large windows and glass railings, uncommon in mixed-use complex buildings, enhances not only its luxurious exterior but also the view and spatial perception. This complex will consist of 702 households across 4 buildings, with legitimate contracts taking place from May 7 to 9.

A representative from a large construction company stated, "Apartments that consider the convenience of the city, the leisure of nature, and an individual's daily life in balance suggest a new way of living beyond just housing," and added, "We will provide residents with a special experience that offers a sense of 'living taste' and 'living style.'"
