POSCO Engineering & Construction is presenting 'Goyang The Sharp Forena' in Deogyang-gu, Goyang City, which is rapidly emerging as a residential hub ahead of large-scale transportation benefits.
POSCO Engineering & Construction plans to launch 'Goyang The Sharp Forena' for sale in April, together with Hanwha Construction. The company explained that it is a highly sought-after large apartment complex that combines local development expectations with a premium brand.
The complex will consist of 2,601 units across 17 buildings, ranging from 39 to 84 square meters, with a total of three basement levels and a maximum of 35 above-ground floors, of which 636 units will be available for general sale, with floor areas of 39 to 74 square meters.
