Jeil Construction Co., Ltd. will begin the pre-sale contracts for 'Yangju Station Jeil Landscape Winners Sky' in Yangju, Gyeonggi Province, from May 7 to 9.
The complex consists of 702 units across four buildings, with a total of 40 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, and includes floor areas of 70㎡, 84㎡, and 101㎡. It is characterized by its symbolic nature and rarity, with high-rise buildings reaching up to 40 floors and various specialized designs.
'Yangju Station Jeil Landscape Winners Sky' has reduced the burden on buyers with reasonable sale prices. In particular, the 84㎡ units will be supplied at a price similar to nearby complexes that closed early contracts last year, at around 500 million won in the mid-range. The 70㎡ units are priced in the mid-400 million won range, while the 101㎡ units are set at the mid to high 500 million won range, approximately up to 600 million won.
With a reasonable sale price, a 5% down payment of 5 million won for the first phase is provided, along with 100% interest-free benefits for the interim payment of 60%. Resale will be possible six months thereafter, leading to anticipated high interest from both actual buyers and investors.
'Yangju Station Jeil Landscape Winners Sky' offers ample storage space with a pantry in the entrance for all units and a basement storage per unit. It maximized the use of indoor space by including a dressroom and a spacious entrance area.
The building showcases a luxurious exterior with rare full windows and glass railings for both aesthetics and spatial perception. It also incorporates 'ramen structure,' which is known to be effective for noise reduction between floors. Community spaces such as an indoor golf practice area, fitness center, education station, and facilities for infants and children, as well as a residents' meeting room, will be provided.
'Yangju Station Jeil Landscape Winners Sky' is conveniently located near Yangju Station on Line 1 of the metropolitan area, providing easy access to Seoul and other areas. It takes about 30 minutes to travel to Cheongnyangni Station using an express train from Yangju Station, and it is one station away from Uijeongbu Station, where the metropolitan rapid transit system (GTX)-C line is planned to be available. In the future, it will be possible to reach Samsung Station in about 20 minutes when transferring at Uijeongbu Station via the GTX-C line. Extensions of Sinpyeonghwa Road (in progress) and the Seoul-Yangju Expressway (in planning) are also planned.
Plans are in place for large-scale industrial complexes such as Gyeonggi Yangju Techno Valley (planned) and the Hoecheon Urban High-tech Industrial Complex (planned) to be established nearby. Additionally, as the Yangju Station area urban development project progresses, large commercial and office facilities will be built alongside, enhancing residential convenience in the future.
A representative from the sales team noted, "This complex has received considerable attention early on due to its ultra-convenient location near a station and proximity to central commercial land and the techno valley. Despite being a mixed-use building, generally known for high construction costs, it offers a reasonable sale price and various financial benefits, leading to a continuous stream of inquiries from actual buyers and investors."
The model house for Jeil Construction 'Yangju Station Jeil Landscape Winners Sky' is located at 593-6, Nambang-dong, Yangju City, Gyeonggi Province (in front of exit 2 of Yangju Station, Line 1). The expected move-in date is January 2029.
