Daewoo E&C announced on the 15th that it plans to sell 'Dongtan Fore Park Natural & Prugio' in the A79-2BL area of Dongtan 2 New Town in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province, this May.

The complex consists of 17 buildings with 1,524 dwellings, spanning 2 basement floors and 25 above-ground floors. The number of units for each type includes ▲ 84㎡A 677 units ▲ 84㎡B 316 units ▲ 84㎡C 14 units ▲ 84㎡D 114 units ▲ 97㎡A 386 units ▲ 97㎡B 14 units ▲ 142㎡P 3 units.

'Dongtan Fore Park Natural & Prugio' is a publicly offered housing project with private sector participation, subject to a price ceiling. Dongtan 2 New Town, where the complex is located, is a representative second-phase new town in southern Gyeonggi Province. With parks and green spaces established, it offers a pleasant living environment, and natural spaces like Dongtan Lake Park provide residents with relaxation and leisure. Additionally, various living conveniences are available, including large shopping malls such as Emart Traders, Lotte Department Store, and Dongtan Premium Outlet, as well as hospitals and educational facilities.

The Yongin Semiconductor Cluster is the world's largest advanced industrial complex, being developed with an investment of about 300 trillion won from Samsung Electronics. The employment creation effects and population inflow generated by the cluster are likely to lead to increased housing demand in Dongtan 2 New Town.

'Dongtan Fore Park Natural & Prugio' boasts excellent product quality since it is a publicly offered business with private sector participation. The location is expected to enhance resident satisfaction with its modern exterior design featuring a curtain wall look and an interior structure focused on 4-bay layouts.
