The Compliance Program (CP) is a compliance monitoring system that corporations establish, adopt, and operate independently to ensure compliance with laws and corporate ethics. Daelim Industrial Co., Ltd. has implemented the CP system since 2003 and has thoroughly complied with fair trade-related regulations. In particular, CEO Bae Won-bok, who took office in 2021, emphasized compliance management and a fair subcontracting transaction culture while implementing enhanced CP policies.
Since 2022, Daelim Industrial Co., Ltd. has systematically developed its internal systems, introducing a quantitative CP system based on the Compliance Performance Index (CPI) to measure the actual performance of CP operations, and operating a CP manager system for each department. Additionally, it obtained the ISO 37301 certification, an international compliance certification standard, establishing an internationally recognized compliance management system.
