KCC Glass's interior specialty brand 'HomeCC Interior' announced on the 3rd that it completed its exhibition at the 'TISE 2025' (The International Surface Event 2025), the largest flooring exhibition in North America, which was held from 28th to 30th of last month (local time) in Las Vegas, USA.
TISE is a globally recognized international flooring exhibition that attracts over 60,000 visitors each year. This year, more than 700 brands worldwide participated to share the latest technologies and products.
This year marks HomeCC Interior's fourth participation, where it showcased its eco-friendly production technology and design capabilities. In particular, the 'Digital Printing' technology from KCC Glass and 'Biophilic Design' were incorporated into the LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) products, which attracted attention from representatives around the world, a KCC Glass official explained.
Digital Printing technology is a printing method that utilizes inkjet to create patterns of natural materials like wood and stone with greater detail and realism. It offers a resolution that is three times higher than the existing 'Gravure Printing' method, and the size of repeating patterns can be enlarged by more than twice.
Digital Printing technology enables diverse and unique designs that reflect customer needs through small-batch production of various types. The use of eco-friendly UV ink developed by KCC Glass and simplified processes minimize resource and energy consumption, making it more environmentally friendly compared to traditional printing methods.
Biophilic Design harmoniously incorporates natural elements into interior spaces. It is a design trend that has recently gained attention in the global interior market. Following the introduction of Biophilic Design products at last year's exhibition, HomeCC Interior presented 100 types of LVT products featuring advanced Biophilic Design this year.
HomeCC Interior plans to enhance its competitiveness in overseas markets such as North America and Europe by offering a 'one-stop solution' that customizes the entire process from consultation to production based on Digital Printing technology and Biophilic Design.
HomeCC Interior caught attention by introducing KCC Glass's eco-friendly flooring production technology '4Re' aimed at addressing climate change. The core keywords of 4Re—Recycle, Reuse, Replacement, Reduce—refer to technologies such as reprocessing, recycling, the use of biomass materials, and carbon dioxide reduction.
A KCC Glass official remarked, "Through TISE 2025, we reconfirmed the eco-friendly flooring production capabilities and product competitiveness of HomeCC Interior," and noted, "Based on advanced technologies such as Digital Printing and Biophilic Design, we will enhance the status of K-Interior in the overseas flooring market."
