According to the personnel hearing request submitted on the 29th, the assets under Kim's name include a 50% equity share in an apartment in Sangye-dong, Nowon District, Seoul (approximately 316 million won), a 20% equity share in an apartment in Yeosu, Jeollanam-do, a 2019 Kia Niro EV (180cc), and deposits totaling around 332 million won.
The spouse's assets amount to 768 million won. They hold a 50% equity share in the Sangye-dong apartment co-owned with the nominee, a jeonse right in another apartment in Sangye-dong (approximately 530 million won), and deposits of about 196 million won.
The eldest daughter, born in 1993, reported 32.24 million won, while the second daughter, born in 2000, reported 21.08 million won.
Kim enlisted in the Army in 1985 and was discharged the following year as a private.
