Spokesperson Ho Jun-seok of the People Power Party noted in a commentary that "Prime Minister nominee Kim Min-seok has a record of illegally receiving political funds on two occasions", adding, "Allegations have been raised that he received illegal funds again under the guise of borrowing from an acquaintance who provided black money in those instances. That acquaintance served as co-chair of the Sports Committee in the election campaign for candidate Lee Jae-myung in this presidential election."

He further criticized, "Candidate Kim has reported assets of 200 million won, yet he is sending his children to well-known private universities in the United States, where tuition and living expenses exceed 100 million won per year. There is a strong public criticism questioning whether such a person can become prime minister, yet before even holding a confirmation hearing, Kim summoned stakeholders from the food industry for a meeting regarding President Yoon's statement about '2000 won for ramen'. This is undermining the dignity of the public."

Spokesperson Ho also pointed out regarding Chairperson Lee Hanh-joo, "He has made speculative purchases of apartments and commercial properties in redevelopment areas over 30 years, making hundreds of millions of won in profit. It was also revealed that he gifted a commercial property in a redevelopment area to each of his two sons, who were middle and elementary school students, as a Children's Day present. He even established a family real estate company to reduce taxes and minimize the amount of disclosed assets for public officials."

He emphasized, "Nevertheless, the day after President Yoon's election, he appeared on a broadcast and stated, 'There should be no speculation in real estate under the Lee Jae-myung administration.' This is a matter that is far more serious than the hidden real estate and borrowed loans of former chief of civil affairs Oh Kwang-soo, who has already resigned."

Spokesperson Ho stated, "The actions of the two individuals appointed to key positions in the administration vividly illustrate the hypocrisy and duplicity of fake leftists. People like these cannot lead the governance of advanced nation Korea in the 21st century," and urged, "President Lee Jae-myung should retract the nomination of nominee Kim Min-seok and the appointment of Chairperson Lee Hanh-joo, and both must promptly determine their positions."
