Lee Jae-myung, the Democratic Party of Korea presidential candidate, was confirmed as the winner at 2:30 a.m. on the 4th.

With a vote count percentage of 93.8%, the winning number of votes was secured, confirming the victory.

At the time of confirmation of the victory, Lee Jae-myung's vote percentage was 48.8%.

Kim Moon-soo, the People Power Party candidate, received 42.1% of the votes.
